There are many different reasons why a payment has failed. Usually, failed payments will result in an expired card or wrong card number. If your payment has failed, we recommend going to your calendar's Settings > Billing page and updating your payment information.
If your payment is still being declined, we recommend contacting your cardholder. Unfortunately, we don’t receive any information as to why a payment has failed, so we are unable to give more information on why a payment has failed.
