The dashboard page in CoSchedule makes it easy to monitor the content marketing activity that concerns you. The colors that you see indicate which blog the notification and activity are associated with.
The menu bar on the left will show you all of your calendars. To access your User Account Settings, click .
The Notifications area of the Dashboard is where you will see unseen comments, tasks, and other activity on posts that you are contributing to. A click on an item will open the content and allow you to add comments or edit as needed. To clear all notifications, click Mark All As Viewed.
The My Upcoming area shows you all upcoming content and blog posts you are contributing to. These posts will be color-coded so that you can see which calendar the content is associated with.
Clicking on the post title allows you to open the post on the calendar to make adjustments as needed.
Top Content uses social share analytics to display the five posts from all your calendars that have been shared the most. With the drop-down menu, you can sort the list by All Time (default) or Most Recent.
The My Tasks area shows your current tasks, organized according to their due date. You can mark a task as completed here, or on the post. You can click on the post title to open it on the calendar to further make adjustments if necessary. All task activity, whether marked as completed here or on the calendar, is synced.
