Basic Social Analytics

Basic social analytics inside of CoSchedule show you individual message statistics, content charts, and Top Content reports.

Note: Basic Social Analytics are available for all CoSchedule calendar plans.

Social Analytics for Standalone Messages

Social Engagement analytics will show up for all Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest social messages. Inside each message, you will see statistics for Likes, Comments, and Shares.

Social Analytics Inside of Content

Inside of your content, you will see a few different Social Analytics charts. In the Social Engagement line chart, you will see the overall Engagement of your messages for the past 14 days. Underneath the Social Engagement line chart, will be a breakdown of engagement for your content's Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest messages. 

In your Social Queue, you will also see the engagement for each message that has been published for the connected content.

Q: What social networks are you collecting stats for?
A: We collect social message engagement stats for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. LinkedIn is coming soon. 
Q: What types of engagements are you collecting?
A: We collect shares, comments, and likes across Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. Comments and likes only for Instagram.
Q: Where do I see the stats?
A: Stats for individual messages will show up underneath the message after it has been published. For each content, blog post or social campaign, we will show a content engagement report on the right sidebar of that item. 
Q: How often are the stats updated? 
A: Stats are updated on the following schedule. Once a day for the first 2 weeks after a message is published. Then once a week for the next 2 weeks and then once a month. 
Q: Why aren’t stats showing for my message?
A: It could be 3 possibilities. 1. We either have not started collecting stats for your new message 2. For older messages, it was sent before we started collecting stats 3. there has not been any engagement for that message.
