To view your Social Engagement Report, go to Analytics > Team Performance Report. Inside the Social Engagement Report, you will see Overall Engagement, Social Network Performance, Account Performance, and Top Messages.
In the Overall Engagement section, the Social Engagement Report will show you how many messages were sent and what your overall engagement was for each day over the selected time. In this section, you can Export your Social Engagement Report as a PDF or CSV file. To do so, click Export.
The Network Performance section shows the engagement score of all of your Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest messages for the selected time.
The Account Performance section will show an engagement breakdown for every Social Profile on your calendar for the selected time.
The Top Messages section will show standalone social messages with the most social engagement on your calendar.
