Sharing and converting any content inside of CoSchedule is easy and can help outside team members view any work that you're currently working on.
- Share Content as a Public Link
- Convert Content Editor to a WordPress Post
- Saving Content as a PDF or HTML File
To share or convert your content, click above the Content Editor. A drop-down will appear giving you the options to Convert to WordPress, Download PDF, Download HTML, or Change Editor.
If you have WordPress integrated into your calendar, you can convert any Text, Evernote, or Google Doc to a WordPress post.
To convert to a WordPress post, go to the Content Editor and click. A drop-down will appear. Click Convert to WordPress.
This will open a "Convert to WordPress" pop-up. Click Continue.
Next, select the WordPress categories and Author you want for the WordPress post. Once selected, click Convert.
When the conversion has completed successfully, you will see green checkmarks next to each of the criteria. Click the Continue button then click Complete on the next window to finalize the process.
To save your content editor as an HTML or a PDF file, go to the Content Editor and click. In the drop-down, click Download PDF or Download HTML.
