Project types help you organize the items on your calendar. Do you work with podcasts or create infographics? Using specific Project Types (and there are many!) can help you spot certain items on your calendar quickly and allow you to filter your calendar according to different types of projects you need to manage. Additionally, you can also add default Attachments to your Projects so they will be ready to go each time you add a new Project to your calendar.
To manage project types, go to Calendar Settings > Project Types.
To add a new Project Type, select and choose any listed Project Type available.
Generic Projects Types include:
- Article
- Audio
- Case Study
- E-Book
- E-Course
- Files
- Idea
- Infographics
- Newsletter
- Photos
- Presentation
- Promotions
- Video
- Webinar
- Website Content
- White Paper
Once the Project Type has been selected you will be able to add a Description and Default Attachments.
Hover over any existing project type to drag-and-drop into a different order. This will be the order they will appear on your calendar.
You can archive a Project Type by selecting . You can unarchive the Project Type at a later date if you need to.
