Project types help you organize the items on your calendar. Do you work with podcasts or create infographics? Using specific Project Types (and there are many!) can help you spot certain items on your calendar quickly and allow you to filter your calendar according to different types of projects you need to manage.
To manage project types, go to Settings > Calendar Settings. Near the bottom of the Calendar Settings page will be the Project Types section.
To add a new Project Type, select the dropdown and choose any listed Project Type available. Default choices include:
- Case Study
- Website Content
- White Paper
Once the Project Type has been selected, click Add.
Hover over any existing project type to rearrange or delete the project type from your calendar. Deleting a project type inside the Calendar Settings page will not remove any existing projects of that kind on your calendar.
