This Cancellation and Refund Policy does not apply to CoSchedule customers who have entered into a written contract with CoSchedule for a specific subscription term. The provisions of the written contract shall govern.
All canceled plans will be in an active state until the end of the subscription time. You can use your calendar and send messages until that time.
We do not provide any refunds for fees related to CoSchedule plans that are on a monthly subscription. These are billed in advance on a month-by-month basis.
For any CoSchedule plan with an annual subscription and no written contract, a refund of up to two (2) months of unused time in the annual subscription can be issued.
Refunds for unused Social Profiles or Team Member seats are not provided.
