How to Change the Owner of your Calendar

We are happy to change the owner on your calendar. Here are the steps you need to take.

  1. Make sure the user that you would like to become the owner is a team member on your calendar and has the role of Admin.
  2. Have the current owner of your calendar email Support@CoSchedule.com (from the email address of his/her account) and request the change.
  3. Change or update your billing information prior to the ownership change because billing information travels with the account.

After that, we can make the change very quickly. If the current owner is no longer available, we have other options to confirm your account and get the change processed. Please email us at Support@CoSchedule.com.
