The Workboard allows you to store, work with, and create unscheduled drafts for projects, social campaigns, and standalone social messages. An unscheduled draft is a project, social campaign, or standalone social message that you have not set a scheduled date for yet. The Workboard is an ideal place to plan and house your ideas for projects you may put on your calendar in the future.

To access the Workboard and your unscheduled drafts, click into the Workboard in the upper right corner of your calendar. The Workboard will remain open until you click again to toggle it off.
Inside the Workboard you can find, work with, or create unscheduled projects, social campaigns, and standalone social messages. If your calendar is integrated with Wordpress or MailChimp you will also find your unscheduled posts and email campaigns in the Workboard.
To schedule a draft that is in the Workboard you can drag-and-drop it to a specific date on the calendar or click into a draft and select a schedule date.
After a date has been selected for an unscheduled draft it will be scheduled on the calendar but still be in Draft status. To officially schedule/publish go into the project, social campaign, or standalone social message and change the status from Draft to Scheduled/Published.
You can create unscheduled drafts right inside the Workboard by selecting the . You will be able to create any of your typical projects, social campaigns, or standalone social messages this way.
You are also able to drag-and-drop projects, social campaigns, and standalone social messages from your calendar to the Workboard to save it as an unscheduled draft. To do this click on an item on your calendar and drag it over to the Workboard. If the Workboard is toggled off, simply start dragging an item to the right side of the calendar. Drop zones will appear for you to move the item to the Workboard or Delete it.
The search bar in the Workboard allows you to search your unscheduled drafts by title, description, or message text (message text is for standalone messages only).
In addition to the search options inside the Workboard, you can use the calendar filter options or your saved calendar views to further filter the Workboard. When you apply either a calendar filter or saved calendar view, this will also filter the Workboard in the same manner.
