Once your calendar gets full of different content, it can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. With CoSchedule's Marketing Projects, you can consolidate everything into a single marketing project and monitor your team’s workflow for a specific project in one centralized location.
To begin, click the + icon on the date that you want to your Marketing Project to start on. When the "Create New" window opens, click the Marketing Project button.
Creating a Marketing Project will be just like Content. Once you have managed your Settings, click Create Project.
Once you have created your Marketing Project, a blank calendar will open. You can begin to add all of your Content pertaining to this project. If you have added an End Date to your Marketing Project, you will see the timeline on the Marketing Project and Main calendar. All content created inside of the project will default to your project's color label.
Content will look a little different inside of your Marketing Project. Inside of Marketing Projects, you can switch between Content and Marketing Projects.
1. Content Selector: Switch between all of your Content and manage each type of content quickly inside of your Marketing Project.
2. Move Content Easier: Inside of a Marketing Project, you can remove the Content from your project or move it to a different project inside of your Calendar.
If you're outside of the Marketing Project, you can move any Content into a Marketing Project by clicking Add to project inside of the Content.
3. Track Task Progress for your Project: At the top-right corner of your Project, track the completion rate of all Tasks inside of Content. See the number and percentage completed in an easy-to-read burn-up chart. To view a complete Team Performance Report of your Project, click View Full Report.
