Hire Mia Team Management

Learn about team member roles, how to invite new team members, and how to manage existing team members.

Team Member Roles

Admin
  • Can modify roles and permissions of other team members.
  • Can modify all tool settings.
  • Cannot manage billing.
User
  • Can create documents and interact with Mia.
  • Cannot make team changes, access billing, or alter other settings.

Inviting Team Members

  1. Open Hire Mia
  2. Click on your profile in the lower-left corner, then select Team
  3. Click Invite Team Member
  4. Enter the email address of the new team member and select Admin or User role
  5. The team member you invited will receive an email to join your team. You also have the option to click on Copy Invite Link next to the team member who is pending on your Team page and share that link with them directly. The team member's status will remain as Pending until they accept the invitation.

How to Change a Team Member's Role

  1. Open Hire Mia
  2. Click on your profile in the lower-left corner, then select Team
  3. Locate the team member, then click the More Options icon
  4. Select Change Role
  5. Choose the new role, then click Update

How to Remove a Team Member

  1. Open Hire Mia
  2. Click on your profile in the lower-left corner, then select Team
  3. Locate the team member, then click the More Options icon
  4. Select Remove User to remove the team member immediately
