How to Manage Your Hire Mia Subscription

Any Hire Mia team member (Owner, User, or Admin) can use the instructions below to manage their login credentials. Owners of Creator or Professional Hire Mia subscriptions can use the additional information below to manage their subscriptions.

Editing Your Email or Password

Follow these steps to update your login credentials. Note that changes here will also apply to your CoSchedule Calendar and Headline Studio accounts.
  1. From the Hire Mia web app, click on your profile picture in the lower left corner
  2. Click Profile
  3. On the page that opens, click Change Email or Change Password.

Switching Your Hire Mia Billing Plan

Follow these instructions to alter your billing cycle or switch to a different plan.
  1. From the Hire Mia web app, click on your profile picture in the lower left corner
  2. Click Subscription 
  3. Click Manage Billing & Invoices
  4. On the page that opens, locate your Hire Mia subscription and click Change Plan
  5. From here you can switch between monthly and annual billing cycles or switch to a different plan.

Update Payment Method, Access Invoices, or Cancel Subscription

Use these instructions to update your payment method, access invoices, or cancel.
  1. From the Hire Mia web app, click on your profile picture in the lower left corner
  2. Click Subscription
  3. Click Manage Billing & Invoices
  4. Under your Hire Mia subscription, select Payments to update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel.

Adjusting User Seats and AI Writing Credits

Use these instructions to modify the number of users and AI writing credits in your subscription.
  1. From the Hire Mia web app, click on your profile picture in the lower left corner
  2. Click Subscription
  3. Click Manage Billing & Invoices
  4. Locate your Hire Mia subscription and click Edit Plan
  5. Here, you can add or remove user seats and adjust AI writing credits as needed.
