Twitter has rules about posting duplicate content. They have filters that are able to detect if a duplicate has been sent in a certain amount of time. While Twitter does not disclose the exact amount of time, but it seems to be around 24 hours, but it can also be much longer depending on how many messages are being sent by that Twitter account.

How do I prevent this error from happening in the future?
