Why did I receive this error?

This error message is sent to CoSchedule when the Facebook "User" that originally added or recently reauthenticated the Facebook Page or Group was removed from their Ownership or admin role of either CoSchedule or the Facebook Page or Group.

What should I do to resolve this error?

To resolve this issue, have an admin re-authenticate the profile in the Social Profiles page.

Note: If there are other Facebook or Instagram profiles connected to an old User's Facebook Profile, you should reauthenticate all of your Facebook and Instagram profiles to make sure there are no additional issues.

How do I prevent this error from happening in the future?

To prevent this error, always remember to reauthenticate or readd your social profiles after changing the password or owner/admin of the Facebook or Instagram profile. This will eliminate the possibility of failed messages in the future.
